The cause (she was trying to pry the candy corn off with her teeth)
The pain (the initial loosening caused a lot)
The tooth
She is so proud
Dear Tooth Fairy,
Thank you for your visit and your generosity.
I am sorry to inform you that one dollar is not longer sufficient.
When cousin gets a Littlest Pet Shop for her tooth,
Eva also expects a toy, also (much to the dismay of her parents).
We were expecting to run out of her room,
excited over the dollar that you so kindly left her.
Instead we found her in her bed, holding back tears.
We have since used the dollar to purchase a toy and she is very excited.
I am not asking you to do anything differently next time.
I just thought you might want to know.
Thank You,
the mom

Clayton just lost his teeth too.
Wow.
Thank goodness he doesn't know about the Littlest Pet Shop option. He still thinks money is the absolute best thing to find under your pillow.
Isn't that so funny. Noah came home one day stating that so and so's tooth fairy left him 5 dollars. there needs to be a universal payment here. too confusing. I think 1 is plenty. That is what I told Noah. . He will figure it out soon, I am sure.
It's so hard to decide what to do in a case like this. Someone is always going to outshine us.:) However I think a dollar is great. My friend left here daughter 40 cents and I guess she had quite the meltdown. I am not sure I am looking forward to those days.
Oh dear! That quarter that my kids would get doesn't sound like much, does it?
You will have to tell the tooth fairy about inflation. A dollar just doesn't cut it anymore :) I'm glad my kids don't know that the tooth fairy brings toys, though. I might have to draw the line there.
I haven't heard of toys from the tooth fairy. I got a quarter and my kids got one or two quarters. Tell Eve she looks adorable with a missing tooth. Grandma
Wow... I can't wait for Evie to loose her first tooth. I think that's hilarious about the toy. Kids say the cutest things.
